谢佩勳(Pei-Hsin Shie),博士,汉族,台湾省台中市人,澳门银银河官方网welcome茶与食品学院教师,科研专长于保健食品功能評估、保健食品的功能作用机制(炎症、肥胖、胰岛素抵抗方向)、植物活性成分分析、药用植物相关科学。
